How We work

Research & Planning

Our team will work with your key stakeholders to understand and document the current state of your IT infrastructure. This assessment will cover everything from security and compliance, to performance, scalability, accessibility, functionality, and ease of maintenance. Based on your feedback, we will then work to design a technical framework that addresses critical deficiencies in your product/service delivery.

Planning could involve modernizing software environments, increasing application portability, or resolving security gaps that arise due to the variety of data sources and devices across the enterprise.

After the initial analysis is completed, we will assign a team of specialists to identify and resolve your pressing business challenges. We will also establish a point of contact to ensure consistent communications. At this stage, we can offer a time and cost estimate for completion of your project.

Design & Development

Our team can develop software solutions in a number of software ecosystems including .Net, Java, VueJS, Angular, Go Lang. While we’re familiar with the traditional waterfall approach to development, we make extensive use of agile methodologies to allow for easier configuration of visual and design elements across a project implementation. We also realize that the vast majority of changes will be made by the end-user themselves, so we want to enable these individuals to make any necessary adjustments to shift the product closer to their aims. This iterative workflow should allow your product to scale with the requirements of your business.

All of our solutions are designed to integrate with your existing legacy systems and data sources to allow ongoing service optimization.

Testing

Each of our project plans is complemented by a rigorous test plan that is applied during the coding and design stage. These plans come with a number of predefined policies and quality criteria that are established based on your specific needs. These QA checkpoints include unit and integration testing, code quality evaluation, peer reviews and usability testing through end-users. Apart from these formula processes we also encourage random bug testing and bug bashes to ensure the stability and security of our applications. Ultimately, our aim is to ensure that the product meets all compliance and QA standards before the official launch.
